Satin Rabbit Breeds

    Satin:

  • Weight: 8 to 10 1/2 pounds.
  • Body Type: The coat of this rabbit is dense, soft, and has a sheen to it. It has been bred in many colors. The body is medium-long and erect.
Mini Satin Rabbit

    Mini Satin:

  • Weight: 3 - 4 1/2 pounds.
  • Body Type: Several people in the USA are working to develop a small rabbit with the fur and body of the eight to 10 1/2 pound standard Satin.
Stain Angora Rabbit Breeds

    Stain Angora:

  • Weight: 6 1/2 - 9 pounds.
  • Body Type: This rabbit has long, fine, glossy-appearing wool covering all it's body but the head and the upright ears.
  • Special Care: It requires extra grooming and a special diet.
Silver Fox Rabbit

    Silver Fox:

  • Weight: 9 - 12 pounds.
  • Body Type: Fur is black with silver white hairs throughout coat. Body is of medium length, well-rounded. Head rather narrow, eas medium-long and erect.
  • Special Care: Temperament is generally calm.
Silver Rabbit

  • Body Type: Black, blue, chocolate, or sable fur with chest, shoulders, flanks, hindquarters and limbs dotted with long white-tapped guard hairs. Body is medium-sized and well-rounded, ears long and erect.
Tan Rabbit

  • Body Type: Belly, chest, flanks, inner part of front and hind legs, trigngle at nape of neck and underside of tail are tan. The rest of the fur is solid black, blue, chocolate, or lilac-colored. Body is narrow and thin, medium long and racy looking. Ears are large and upright.
Velveteen Lop Rabbit

    Velveteen Lop:

  • Weight: 5 - 6 1/2 pounds.
  • Body Type: Body is mandolin, shaped, chest is full and rounded. The ears are lopped and measured from 14 inches tip to tip. fur is like that of rex rabbits (this breed has been discribed as a minia, true Emglish Lop with rex fur.) It is being bred in seleral colors.
